STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS:
- 1. 2014,II PG students of Biochemistry participated in the National conference in Frontier Mediville,Cherian Heart Foundation.
- 2. Students of II PG participated and received III prize poster presentation at the National conference –Nation 2014,conducted by Department of Biochemistry ,Mohammed Sathak College of Arts and Science.
- 3. Students of III UG participated in the poster presentation received II prize at the National Seminar,conducted by MGR Janaki College.

Students of Biochemistry(UG,PG) visited Sophisticated Analytical Intrumentation Facility(SAIF),Guindy on 28.7.16 and were given explanation on utility and beneficial uses of X-ray Diffraction ,Ranar Spectroscopy,ESR,NMR,Scanning electron Microscope,Gas Chromatography,IR which are more informative and useful.

09.02.2010-The Life Science Department of our college has organized a Guest Lecture and poster presentation session as a part of "the hidden Science".It was presided over by Dr.P.kalaiselvi",Asst.Professwor,Dept of Medical Biochemistry IBMS,University of Madras .She rendered a lecture on Turning back the clock ,Green Tea Polyphonols

- 27.11.2015-visit to IGCAR,Kalpakkam by III UG Bio and II PG Bio students accompanied by 2 staff members.
- 9.9.2015- I ,II,III UG and PG students of Biochemistry Department visited the firm International flavours and fragrance,Guindy accompanied by 2 staff members.
- 31.7.2015-A visit ti pathology museum ,Frontier ,Mediville,cherian Heart Foundation, Gummidipoondi by our UG & PG students.
